Horse Agility Weekend

March 10, 2010

HORSE AGILITY

I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone that braved the horrendous weather last weekend at the first of our Horse Agility Events. It was a great success and fun despite the pouring rain and winds, which made conditions even more challenging for the horses and handlers. However everyone did a great job, and the horses enjoyed it too.

The response to Horse Agility in such a short time has been tremendous and thank you to everyone that has embraced the sport and help spread the word. Not only is it fun, it helps horses and handlers gain confidence which not only enhances their relationships, but also your ground and ridded work. Its WIN WIN all round!

Thank you to everyone that helped to make it happen.

More dates for Horse Agility are now scheduled, hopefully demand will allow for monthly events. These will consist of  Training Days and Mini Competitions, Open Training / Fun Days and Competitions.

Dates scheduled for April:

Saturday 3rd April Training Day and Mini Competition (Starter level Competition)

Saturday 17th April Horse Agility Competition (Starter Level)
